And we also have a wonderful Christmas update on our little foster, Noelle!
Noelle was adopted by her very own forever family yesterday! She has been purring and purring and getting more comfortable already. Her new family is wonderful, and she gets to live with a new Maine Coon brother named Harley and her adorable new 6 year old twin human siblings named Maggie and Garrett. They are already nicknaming her Noe', and are so excited to have Noelle as part of their family.
Mom is so happy for Noelle, and the great outcome for this little girl.
I am very upset with my mom. She forgot my birthday. My birthday was November 17, and I was 2 years old! I am now 2 years and 3 days old.
This is me when I was 6 days old. How could mom forget my birthday?
Mama did not forget my birthday. She gave me a big kiss for my big day. I was two years old, you know. That is a very important age.
I want to give a big High Five out to my twin sissie, Lucy. (Back then we were called Sugar and a Dumplin'.)
Happy Birthday, Lucy!
Mama said in honor of our birthday, we could watch the DeeVeeDee again, of me, Lucy and our 4 other siblings when we were very small. Lucy's parents brought it over to us recently in some nice purple paper. Mama, purple is your color!
Here we were all together. I still like meelk as much as I did back then! Mama looked kinda skinny two years ago, don't you think?
Mom feels really bad, and let me log onto the 'puter really late so I could write about my birthday.
I thought about it, and I will forgive my mom for forgetting my important day. It just better not happen again next year when I am 3! 3 will be a very important age, you know.
Today I am reflecting and pondering on how lucky I am to have a loving home, food to eat, so many toys, and this aromatic Nip 'Naner.
I know there are so many kitties who are not so fortunate.
Mom has been more involved with helping Aunt Peggy who fosters lots of kitties for the Frisco Humane Society. Here are just some of the homeless kitties at Aunt Peggy's, that need homes in the Dallas area. Most have been rescued from Kill Shelters, and now have another chance at life.
They are all so hungry and anxious to find their very own forever homes. Both CocoBean and Armani came to live with us from Aunt Peggy's last year.
Yes, today I am reflecting, and pondering.
As our friend, Brian, says, "Adopt Cats, We Deserve It!"
To find and adopt the kitty of your dreams in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, please visit theFrisco Humane Society here. The more kitties that get adopted, the more can be rescued!
