Today, I want to tell you about a project that we are way behind on posting. My friend,
Pedro the Chihuahua, and his mom collect sea glass and shells for this table they have at their house. Pedro now wants to fill up the other sections with samples of rocks, or shells/sea glass from their friends from all over the world.
(Read here for more info on this project!)

Since I, JB, do not go outside, I sent brother Bear out on this important mission, to see what he could find.
I give you, brother Bear!
Hi, it's me Bear. I am going out on a walk to look for rocks for
Pedro, but first things first, gotta do my business, and then we can get started!

Looking for rocks......don't see any in this open field. Rocks, rocks, where are you??
Bear: Look mom, here are some rocks!!Mom: Bear, those rocks are much too big to send to Pedro. Please keep looking, ok?
This rock hunting is getting me
really thirsty. Gotta stop at my local watering hole for some refreshment.
Bear: Hey mom! Come over here, quick! There are some rocks down here!
I think I see some smaller rocks down in this creek!!

Ok, I can't really get down into the creek for the smaller rocks, so I found a piece of this big rock broken off, that we can send to
Pedro. I also found a couple other small rocks too. I feel very proud of my rock hunting skills!

I did also find this old horseshoe in a field along the way.
Do you think this counts as a rock? I will have JB ask Pedro.

Mom used some shellac to make the rocks look prettier, and we had to let them dry overnight.

Next the inspection team had to come over and snoopervise, to make sure quality was up to par.
The final Quality Assurance Manager was of course, me, JB. I guess Bear did ok with his rock hunting mission, but I am little confused about the horseshoe!Pedro, we will send you the rocks this week! Thanks for such a fun project!
