Employee Problems

When Chester (AKA Dumplin') first got to my house, he said he wanted to be my employee in Big and Small World Studios.
He listened to me back then, because I am his boss, and he said he would do a good job.

But very quickly he started to try to act like a Big Shot, and he tried to sit in the executive chair. I am the Top Executive for Big and Small World Studios, doesn't he know this?

He even tried to do his own editing! Doesn't he know I am the Editor??

But then he showed his true colors as he got a little older! Now he always falls asleep on the job! I may have to dock his paycheck!

This is JB, Top Executive, Editor, and HR Manager, of Big and Small World Studios, signing off.
And I approve this message!

Before you go, please sign my GUESTBOOK, and stop by my BIG WORLD too, thanks!

Hi JB!
Uh oh, sorry to hear about your employee problems! Too bad Chester is so cute, it will be hard to fire him.
(Don't worry, you are still very cute too!)
My blog is gone now, but I will be back soon, and I will let you know where to find me.
Love Clover xo

JB, you might have to put Chester on probation. He should have 90 days to improve his performance. Of course, you will need to give him regular counseling sessions. I"m sure he will straighten up and fly right!

You may need to call a staff meeting and explain things to Chester. After all he is just a kitten and still learning the ropes.

Training young employees can be so frustrating. They think they know more than you do. You just have to put your paw down and have a good talk with Chester!

This is why it's never a wise idea to mix business and family :-/ I'm with Daisy, put him on probation. If he fails to perform better during probation, push him off on Bear. Does Bear have any jobs Chester can do?

Chester is getting kinda lazy on the job uh, JB? He has no idea who he is dealing with does he?
I am almost sure if he keeps tanning under that lamp, he is going to not have any furs left....

JB,

You've got to keep employees in line! Remind Chester that this economy is tough and there are plenty of other willing cats out there to step in and take his job. Just don't let your mom hear you telling him that cause she probably wouldn't approve that message!

I am sorry that I have neglected you but the lack of the time is the main reason why I cannot visit many of my blogging friends regularly.
I was enjoying looking at all those beautiful photos, firstly, with JB on them. JB really is the main in everything. But I have to say that Dumplin is also so sweet as well as Bear. He is so funny and cute. It is wonderful to see kitties and doggies play together. I did enjoy until I read sad news about lovely Misty. I am really very sorry. I know how you all were sad especially you and your mom. I exactly know what that feeling is because I experienced it with my own dog that died when I was a 15 yers girl. I hope you are feeling better now. ((Hug))

It looks to us like Chester is doing an excellent job. He is so good at his job that he makes it look almost effortless; it almost looks like he is napping on the keyboard, but we're sure he is deep in thought concentrating on his important tasks.
