My mom used to work out a lot at the gym, but lately she has been really lazy, so she tries to workout at home sometimes. This is where I step in, as Mom's Personal Trainer. This morning was a typical workout. Every time I walk into our workout room, I still freak myself out when I see myself in the mirror...don't know why....I just do!
Before we start, I recommend that my mom does some stretching. Here I am demonstrating the correct form when doing stretches.
